This module provides staff with a foundational understanding of mental health and will help them to identify the signs of anxiety, depression, self-harm and chronic stress.

This module provides an overview of skills and strategies that can be used to help staff manage difficult interpersonal situations and confrontations in the workplace.

  • Responding to aggression from guests
