Registered Psychologist
BAppSc(Health Sc), BAppSc(Psych)(Hons), MEdPsych, M.Ed.(HDP)
Katherine is a registered psychologist with 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. She completed her Master’s in Educational Psychology at the University of Melbourne, where her research explored coping mechanisms and anxiety in young women. Over two decades, Katherine has worked across early intervention, school, and clinical settings in both Australia and the United States. Her experience spans diagnostic assessments, social-emotional development, learner advocacy, positive behavior support, parent guidance, and individual counseling.
Grounded in integrity and authenticity, Katherine believes therapy works best when it is genuinely person-centered. She blends evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness—tailoring her care to each individual’s unique journey. With deep empathy and compassion, she creates a warm, inclusive space where clients of all backgrounds and life stages feel understood and supported.
Outside the clinic, Katherine stays grounded by spending time with family and friends, getting out into nature, trying new local coffee spots, singing in a community choir, and immersing herself in the arts.
