You will be fully supported by our administration and reception team. They will look after all of the paperwork, leaving you to do what you really love to do. We have in-house clinical supervisors and regular peer support.

You will be part of an enthusiastic and diverse clinical team that looks after each other. A team of clinicians openly sharing their knowledge, with broad experience across a wide variety of presentations.

You are provided with regular clinical support, and regular mentoring sessions with the clinic director. On top of that you will enjoy our weekly staff lunch game sessions and quarterly team events.

We have simple processes designed to make your work life easy. This includes a user-friendly, online platform with established procedures to guide you in the early days of working at Mind Up.

You will be able to use the latest technology to collaborate and communicate with the team to increase efficiency in your day.

We work on a mutually agreeable calendar, with the flexibility to complete your admin on-site at the clinic or from home.
