Psychologist (Clinical Psychology Registrar)

MClinPsych, BPsychSc (Hons), BSc/BA (Psychology; Criminology)

Jessica is a registered psychologist who is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults through life’s challenges. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, and emotional regulation difficulties. Outside of her clinical work, Jessica enjoys staying active through pilates and strength training, discovering new live music, and unwinding with a good book.

Jessica’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and client centred. She creates a safe, comfortable space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. Jessica draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness, to support meaningful and lasting change.

She believes her clients are the experts in their own lives. Jessica tailors her approach to each person’s goals, values, and strengths, working at a pace that feels right for them. She is committed to helping clients build insight, confidence, and resilience so they can lead more connected, purposeful, and fulfilling lives.
