Her professional focus centres on understanding individuals’ mental health challenges and conducting rigorous cognitive/behavioural assessments. Outside of her professional commitments, Adisha finds solace in meaningful connections with friends, rejuvenating walks, culinary pursuits, and the serene ambiance of the beach during summer.
