Mind Up is an evidence-based Psychology clinic located in the Melbourne suburb of Spotswood. We help with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety & depression, trauma, phobias and addictions both in the clinic and also via Telehealth. We also host a range of workshops & talks to equip teams in workplaces.
