The Intake Call is a brief 15-minute phone appointment during which a trained intake worker will answer your enquiries and place you with the recommended clinician.

Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with a short intake form to complete. This will assist our intake worker prepare for the call and match you with the right clinician.
